Info for Exhibiting Artists
We are very excited to host the 2008 MA Artist's Charity Art Show, the purpose of which is to raise money for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF (www.unicefusa.org), and also to give wonderful exposure to local Massachusetts artists!  A complete list of participating artists, as well as their mediums, websites and/or e-mail addresses, can be viewed in the lower right column of this page.  The artwork to be displayed ranges from paintings to photography to mixed media, and are all unique and original pieces of work.  Artwork will be exhibited and for sale from 2:00 - 10:00 p.m., and each artist will be donated a generous 10% of their sales during the show to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.

There will also be a Silent Auction taking place from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., which will include items such as a Sunset Kayak Tour for Two, Bed & Breakfast Gift Certificate, Comedy Club Tickets, Sailing Lessons, Fitness Memberships, Skydiving Gift Certificate and much more!  To view a full list of items available at the auction, visit our Silent Auction page.

This fundraiser will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 17 Willow Street, Westborough, MA from 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.  Tickets can be purchased below, and will also be available at the door for $20.00 per person, 100% of which will be donated to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF.  Tickets include food and coffee, as well as free soda until 4:00 p.m.

LEARN MORE ABOUT UNICEF'S WORK -

The U.S. Fund for UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund) supports child survival, protection and development worldwide through education, advocacy, and fundraising.

UNICEF is out to change the world for children and with children—vaccination by vaccination, blanket by blanket, biscuit by biscuit, book by book. In most of America, these things are considered completely ordinary. But in many parts of the developing world, they can save a child's life.

In support of UNICEF's work, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF focuses on five major priorities: education, emergencies, HIV/AIDS, immunization, and malnutrition.

Visit their website to learn more about their work and how you can help by doing "Whatever It Takes to Save a Child" - www.unicefusa.org

~ Whatever It Takes to Save a Child ~

*Please note the U.S. Fund for UNICEF is not able to give receipts for donations to individuals, businesses, or organizations that donate gifts either "in kind" or auction items for our UNICEF fundraiser. Because the donation of the item is being made to a volunteer-led fundraiser, and is not being made directly to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, items are not being donated to a non-profit organization, and therefore are not eligible for a tax deduction.
